Planning an exterior change? Most projects need approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before work begins — fences, paint colors, roof replacements, sheds, major landscaping, additions, and similar updates all qualify.

Submissions are handled through the Homeowner Portal. Once you're signed in, you can upload your request, plans, and any supporting photos. The committee reviews submissions on a rolling basis, and the board follows up if anything else is needed.
