Declaration revitalization meeting and vote
Vote on the proposed revitalization of the community's Declaration. The proposed Declaration follows the existing documents, including their amendments and supplements.
The board meets every month, and the date below updates itself — no need to check back for a new post.

For the revitalization vote, a proxy comes with the packet. Complete and mail it as soon as it arrives, following the packet's instructions, even if you also plan to attend. Early returns reduce last-minute follow-up.
The Board adopted a resolution authorizing electronic voting for eligible HOA matters. Consent and enrollment information is provided before it is used. Electronic voting will not be used for the revitalization vote.
