For Carrollton Lakes residents

Neighborhood Resources

A running list of links and phone numbers worth keeping handy — solicitor permits, the Sheriff's non-emergency line, hurricane prep, and county resources.

Neighborhood Schedule

The everyday stuff — when to roll bins out and when you're allowed to water. Bins should be out of view between pickup days (this is the most common violation we see).

Safety & Permits

If someone is selling door-to-door, they're required to carry a Hillsborough County solicitation permit — and you can ask to see it. For anything that isn't an emergency, the Sheriff's non-emergency line is the right number. Dial 911 only if there is an immediate threat.

Hurricane & Emergency Preparedness

Florida's official hurricane prep resources. Worth bookmarking before each season — evacuation zones, supply checklists, and family planning guides.

Property Management — Ocean Blue

Carrollton Lakes is professionally managed by Ocean Blue Community Management, based in Tampa since 2005. They handle day-to-day operations alongside the board — financial oversight and budgeting, maintenance coordination, vendor management, and homeowner support. For account, assessment, or ARC submissions, start with the Homeowner Portal.

Report an Issue

Not sure who to tell? Most issues have a faster route than emailing the board. Streets, streetlights, and code concerns go to Hillsborough County; anything inside our common areas comes to us.
