The everyday stuff — when to roll bins out and when you're allowed to water. Bins should be out of view between pickup days (this is the most common violation we see).
Safety & Permits
If someone is selling door-to-door, they're required to carry a Hillsborough County solicitation permit — and you can ask to see it. For anything that isn't an emergency, the Sheriff's non-emergency line is the right number. Dial 911 only if there is an immediate threat.

Report an Issue
Not sure who to tell? Most issues have a faster route than emailing the board. Streets and code concerns go to Hillsborough County; the county directs streetlight outage reports to TECO. Common-area concerns go to the board and Ocean Blue.
