Your account info, assessments, ARC submissions, and community documents all live here. Set this up first — most everyday HOA business runs through it.
Know your trash, recycling, and watering days
Trash runs mondays and thursdays, recycling on thursdays. Watering days depend on your address — Hillsborough County has a tool to look it up.
Planning an exterior change? Submit an ARC request
Fences, paint, roofs, sheds, major landscaping — most exterior projects need Architectural Review Committee approval before work begins. Submissions go through the portal.
